The Channel Partner section in the admin portal provides all necessary information and tools to help partners collaborate effectively . It covers key areas such as partner onboarding, resources, support, and management.
Channel Partner Onboarding Prerequisites
Before onboarding new partners, ensure the following requirements are obtained:
- Commission structure and tier definitions
- Tax form templates and processing procedures
- Business credential verification protocols
- Secure banking information collection method
- Regulatory compliance documentation standards
How to Add Channel Partners:
Admins can add a new channel partner directly to the system by three different ways:
1-Channel Partner sign up link.
2-Invite new Channel partner.
3-Add new channel partner.
Option 1-Using Channel Partner Signup Link
A)- Login Admin portal> Select Channel partner> Manage channel partner> Click "Channel Partner Signup Link" tab
B)- System provides two URL
- Registration/Signup URL (for new partners)
- Login URL (for existing partners)
Signup Link Section(Registration)
The signup link section provides two methods to share your channel partner registration URL:
a) Copy to Clipboard
Instantly copies the complete signup URL to your clipboard
Use this when you want to:
- Paste the link in emails
- Share via messaging platforms
- Include in digital marketing materials
- Save for future reference
b) Redirect to URL
Immediately opens the signup page in a new browser tab
Useful for:
- Quick verification of the signup form
- Testing the registration process
- Demonstrating the signup flow to potential partners
- Immediate partner registration
Login URL Section
The login URL section provides similar functionality for the partner login page:
a) Copy to Clipboard
Copies the partner login URL to your clipboard
Best used for:
- Sharing with existing partners
- Including in partner documentation
- Adding to welcome emails
- Creating bookmarks
b) Redirect to URL
Opens the partner login page directly
Ideal for:
- Quick access to the login portal
- Verifying login page functionality
- Testing partner access
- Immediate portal entry
Option 2- Using Invite New Channel Partner
A) Send direct Invitation to agent by Clicking "Invite New Channel Partner" tab.
B) Fill the required fields:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Add Comment(Mandatory)
- Click on ‘Send Invite’ tab ,System will send an automated email to agent with registration link.
C) Verify the designated email inbox for the invitation to join the portal, then complete the provided registration form with all required information.
Note: Upon successful form submission, a confirmation message will be displayed, provided all details are correctly entered. The Agent will then receive a verification email containing a tab to confirm their account. Once verified, their account will be activated, allowing them to log in.
Option 3-Add New Channel Partner Directly
A) Navigate to Channel partner >Manage channel partner >Click on ‘Add New Channel Partner’ at top right corner
B) Registration Form will open
a) Required Information:
- Channel Partner Name*
- Channel Partner Title
- Company Name*
- Email Address*
- Phone Number (+1 format)
b) Address Details:
- Address (Option to allow PO Box Address)
- Address Line 2 (optional)
- City*
- State*
- Zip/Postal Code*
- Country Selection
c) Account Setup:
- Password (optional / click check box if want to set password)
- Account Status selection (Active/Inactive)
- Notification preferences (Notify agent through email at the id provided)
d) select submit tab
If all validations pass:
- Form data is submitted to the system
- A confirmation email is sent to the provided email address
- Account credentials are generated (if "Add Password" was selected)
- Partner is added to the Agents list .
