Step-1: Accessing Form Submissions
- Navigate to Forms module
- Locate desired form
- Click "..." (Actions menu)
- Select "View Submissions"

- View all general form submissions
- Track submission status and downloads
- Monitor completion status
b) Client Submissions
- Access client-specific form responses
- Track client engagement
- Monitor submission progress
c) Channel Partner Submissions
- View partner-submitted forms
- Track partner engagement
- Monitor completion rates
d) Email Form
- Send forms via email (Select recipient, General/Client/Partner)
- Fill required fields
- Add custom message and subject
- Select ‘Send Email’ tab at the left bottom corner
Step-3: Managing Submissions
a) View Options
- Active submissions: Current/ongoing submissions
- Archived submissions: Previously completed or removed forms
- Download: Export submission data
b)Status Tracking
Submitted: Yes/No indicator
Status types: Drafted/ Archived/ Active
Step-4: Key Actions
a) Download Submissions
- Click download icon
- Save to local system
b) Archive Management
- Select ' Archived Submissions' from Forms view Submissions
- View Archived details of selected Submissions(General/Client/Channel Partner)
- Select 'View Details' from Actions of a required Archived Form submission
- Check Archive date
- Review Archive reasons
