Login to Admin Portal> Forms Module 

Main Dashboard Features:

1-Form List Display Columns:

• Form Title: Name of the created form
• Sequence: Order number for form arrangement
• For Dashboard: Indicates if form appears on dashboard (Yes/No)
• Multiple Submission: Allows multiple responses (Yes/No)
• Default: Sets as default form for clients/agents
• Date Updated: Last modification date
• Actions: Access to form management options

2-Top Bar Functions:

• "+ Add New" button: Create new forms
• Search icon: Find specific forms
• Download icon: Export form data
• Print icon: Print form details
• View options: Toggle different display layouts

3-Action Menu Options (... button):

• Preview Form: View form as users will see it
• Edit: Modify form content and settings
• View Submissions: Access submitted responses
• Assign Form: Designate form to specific users/groups
• Delete: Remove form from system
