Access to Agent Dashboard view in Admin portal
Login to admin portal> Navigate to Channel Partners and click Manage Channel partners ,a list of all registered channel partners will appear, displaying the following details:
Managing Channel Partners: Actions Menu
The Actions Menu (three dots under the Action heading) provides a set of tools to manage channel partners effectively. Click the three dots to access the following options:
Agreements Section:
Agreement Overview: See a complete list of all agreements assigned to the agent
Status Display: Quickly identify which agreements are signed, unsigned, and pending approval
Verification Status: "VERIFIED" badge indicates agent has completed initial verification requirements
Signed Date: Shows when the agent executed the agreement (displays "---" if unsigned)
Approval Status: "No" indicates pending admin approval, "Yes" would indicate approved
Signing Status: "Unsigned" (red) indicates agreements requiring signature, "Signed" (green) shows completed agreements
Download Option: Download icon allows retrieving document copies when available
Action Menu Options
Three-Dot Menu (⋮): Click to reveal agreement management options
- Upload Agreement: Upload a signed copy of the agreement
- Remove Agreement: Delete an agreement from the agent's profile
- Send Email: Send a reminder email about pending agreements
Additional Feature
Archived Agreements: Access previously completed or superseded agreements via "Archived Agreements" button
Assign Products:
Overview
The Assigned Products tab displays all products and services that have been allocated to your channel partner account. These are the offerings you're authorized to sell or promote through your sharelinks.
Key Features
Product Selection: Blue check marks indicate which products are currently assigned to your account
Select/Unselect Products: Use the checkboxes to select or unselect products you wish to offer through your sharelinks
Item Details: Each product is listed with its unique Item ID and SKU for reference
Product Titles: Clear descriptions of each product or service
Managing Forms:
Overview
The Forms section in the Agent View provides administrators with a comprehensive interface to manage, track, and process forms assigned to channel partners. This centralized hub ensures all necessary documentation is properly completed and maintained.
Key Features
Form Assignment and Management:
- Assign Forms Button: Click to allocate new forms to the agent
- Archived Submissions: Access previously completed forms through the "Archived Submissions" button
- Form Status Tracking: Monitor which forms have been submitted or require attention
Form Table Information
- Form Title: Displays the name of each form (e.g., "Billing / Payment Details," "Testing forms 04")
- Sent To: Shows which agent has been assigned the form
- Submitted: "No" indicator shows forms pending completion
- Submitted On: Displays submission date once completed
- Sent By: Identifies administrator who assigned the form
- Download: Provides access to form documents
- Status: Shows current state of the form
- Actions: Three-dot menu for additional options
Action Menu Options
- View Details: Access comprehensive information about the form
- View Rejections: Review any rejected submissions and reasons for rejection
Commissions Management:
The Commissions section provides an overview of the channel partner's financial performance and commission status.

We have three Navigation Tabs

1. Statistics View provides:
- Total Sales Tracker: Real-time sales performance metric with direct access to detailed reporting for comprehensive sales analysis.
- Commission Overview: Centralized display of approved commission amounts with integrated reporting capabilities for transparent earnings tracking.
- Payment Status: Dual-view payment system showing both completed and pending commission payments .
2. Commission Settings:
i) Access Commission Settings
- Navigate to the Channel Partner Commission section
- Select the "Settings" tab from the navigation menu
ii) Apply Commission Configuration
- Select Commission type between Channel Partner Account or Product & Services
- Set Commission Value in percentage (e.g., 5%)
iii) Configure Payment Terms
Choose Commission Payment Terms:
- "Paid On Billed": Commission paid when invoice is generated
- "Paid On Collected": Commission paid when payment is received
iv) Select Commission Type
Two options available:
- Fixed: Set amount commission
- Percentage: Commission based on profit margin percentage
Note: Partners receive commission based on selected type
v) Set Withdrawal Threshold
Enter the maximum withdrawal amount in USD. This sets the monthly withdrawal limit for partners
vi) Save Configuration
Review all settings and click "Save Settings" button to apply changes
Additional Notes:
- All settings are configured per partner
- Changes affect future commission calculations
- Monthly withdrawal limits cannot be exceeded
- Commission settings can be adjusted as needed
3. Paid Commission Logs:
i) Commission Logs Main View
- Order Total: Amount followed by client name
- Order Number: Unique identifier for each transaction
- Commission Amount: Calculated value based on order total
- Status Indicators:
- Approval Status (Yes/No)
- Payment Status (Yes/No)
- Actions: Three-dot menu for additional options
ii) Payment & Other Details View (Modal)
a) Form Submission Details:
- Amount: Transaction value
- Date: Payment processing date
- Payment Method: Payment system used (e.g., Quickbooks, Other)
- Receipt: View option where applicable
- Payment Notes: Additional transaction information
b) Commission Configuration:
- Payment Terms(Selected option from settings will display)
- Commission Value (set value from settings)
- Commission Type(selected from settings section)
This structured layout provides complete transparency of commission transactions while maintaining detailed payment records and commission configurations for each partner.

Sub Users:
The Sub Users section in the Agent View allows administrators to manage team members working under a channel partner. This hierarchical structure enables partners to delegate responsibilities while maintaining proper oversight and control.
Key Features
Sub User Management(Adding New Sub Users)
- Invite New Sub User: Send email invitations to new team members
- Add New Sub User: Manually create sub-user accounts directly in the system
- All Sub Users View: Default tab showing all active and inactive sub-users
- Pending Invitations: Track invitation status for users who haven't yet registered
Sub User Information Display
- Date Added: When the sub-user was created in the system
- Title: Job position or role of the sub-user
- Name: Full name of the sub-user
- Email: Contact email (also serves as username)
- Status: "Active" indicator shows currently operational accounts
- Action: Three-dot menu for additional management options
Action Menu Options
- Edit Sub User: Modify profile information, permissions, and settings
- Dashboard: Access the sub-user's performance dashboard
- Assign Menu: Configure which portal features the sub-user can access

Partner’s Dashboard
Manage channel partner> Action> Dashboard> Partner Dashboard Access enables administrators to directly view and monitor individual partner performance metrics, including sales activities, client engagement, and operational statistics through a centralized control interface. This feature facilitates efficient partner oversight and performance evaluation.
Edit Agent Profile
Manage channel partner> Action> Agent view> Edit Agent
In the Edit Agent interface, administrators can update profile information including Name, Email, Phone, Address, Status (Active/Inactive/Pending), and Password, with an optional notification toggle that, when selected, automatically alerts the agent of changes and displays a confirmation message once successfully saved.
