The Channel Partner Management System by OnBoardSoft provides a comprehensive platform for viewing, managing, and monitoring all channel partners through a centralized interface.

View All Channel Partners

Login to admin portal> Navigate to Channel Partners and click Manage Channel partners ,a list of all registered channel partners will appear, displaying the following details

• Date Added: Timestamp indicating when the channel partner was initially registered or added to the system
• Company: Organization or business entity name that the channel partner represents or operates under
• Name: Primary contact person or representative's full name for the channel partner account
• Email: Official communication email address used for account notifications and correspondence
• Phone: Contact telephone number for direct communication with the channel partner
• Status: Current state of the channel partner account (Active/Inactive) indicating their operational status
• Sub CP Signup Link: Unique referral URL assigned to channel partners for registering their sub-channel partners 
• Action: Menu of available administrative operations that can be performed on the channel partner account 

Manage Pending Invitations

This module tracks and manages partner invitations, displaying chronological invitation history with essential contact details and status. The interface facilitates efficient invitation management through a centralized dashboard with automated tracking and response monitoring.

Actions for Pending Invitations

• Delete Invite: Remove invitation from system
• Resend Invite: Trigger new invitation email to partner

These controls ensure proper invitation lifecycle management while maintaining system integrity and partner communication flow.
