Products and Services is the centralized catalog module where admins define, manage, and configure all offerings available for sale through the channel partner network. It serves as the foundation for quotations, orders, and sales—ensuring consistent pricing, accurate commission structures, and professional presentation across all partners.

How Products and Services Work:

Creation & Configuration (Admin):

• Define service type and category for each offering
• Set product title with detailed descriptions
• Configure cost, pricing, and profit margins
• Choose charge type: One-time or Recurring (monthly, yearly)
• Add miscellaneous rates, fees, or surcharges
• Set commission percentages or fixed amounts for partners
• Upload marketing materials (PDFs, images, reference links)
• Create custom content and product specifications

Access by User Type:

• Admins: Full control to add, edit, delete, and manage all products/services with pricing and commission settings
• Partners: View available catalog, access pricing and descriptions, use products to build quotations and share links
• Clients: Browse available offerings, view descriptions and pricing, select products for RFQs and orders

Integration Throughout the Portal:

• RFQs: Clients select from the catalog when requesting quotes
• Quotations: Partners build proposals using catalog line items
• Share Links: Partners feature specific products on affiliate pages
• Sales Orders: Products automatically populate with correct pricing
• Commission Calculations: Pre-configured rates ensure accurate payouts
• Reporting: Track which products generate the most revenue
