Service Agreements Configuration
To create a new service agreement ,follow these comprehensive steps to ensure proper configuration, legal compliance, and seamless user experience.
Step 1: Access Service Agreements Module
- Login to Admin Portal with Super Admin credentials
- Navigate to left sidebar → Agreements → Service Agreements
- Click "Add New Agreement" Tab (blue button, top-right)
Step 2: Configure Basic Agreement Information
Agreement Title*
- Enter a clear, descriptive title
Agreement Instructions*
- Provide clear instructions for users about the agreement
- Explain what the agreement covers and any specific requirements
Status Selection
- Active: Agreement is live and will be presented to users
- Inactive: Agreement is disabled
Mandatory Setting
- Yes: Users must accept this agreement to proceed
- No: Agreement is optional
Agreement Type
- E-Signature: Requires electronic signature from users
- Acceptance only: Users can simply accept without signing
Sequence Number
- Assign a unique sequence number
Company Profile Selection
- Choose the appropriate company profile this agreement applies to
- This helps organize agreements by business units or service types
Select Service
- Link the agreement to specific services in your portal
- Only services without assigned agreements will be available
- This ensures each service has proper legal coverage
