These are the integrations that are already set up:
1-View the status of each integration (shown as "Connected" with a green checkmark)
2-You can disconnect an integration by clicking the "X" button next to the connected status
3-For some integrations like Metabase, you may have additional configuration options (shown by the edit/pencil icon)
When clicking the edit (pencil) icon for Metabase integration, a configuration popup will appear:
- Enter the API URL in the provided field (e.g., https://data.voicealerts.com)
- Click the "Submit" button to save your configuration
- The system will validate the connection and update the status accordingly
Requesting a New Integration
To set up a new integration:
1-Click the "Request For Integration" button in the top right corner of the Integrations page
2-Complete the request form with the following information:
- Full Name (your name or organization name)
- Email Address (your contact email)
- To Email Address (pre-populated with the integration team's contact)
- Select Integration (choose from the dropdown menu)
Available integrations in the drop down:
Sales Force Integration: Centralizes customer data and sales processes for improved relationship management
Zapier Integration: Creates automated workflows between applications without requiring technical expertise
Zendesk Integration: Optimizes customer support operations and ticket management workflows
Payment Integrations (PayPal, Stripe): Enable secure transaction processing and subscription management
- Add Comment (specify any requirements or special configurations needed)
3-Click "Send Request" to submit your integration request
4-You'll receive a confirmation message once your request is successfully submitted
5-An email notification will be sent to the provided email address with further instructions
Note that each integration may require specific API keys, credentials, or additional configuration steps during the setup process. The Channel Partner team will provide detailed instructions tailored to your selected integration.
