A sharelink is a feature added in agent portal , here are the steps to create a sharelink :
Step-1: Access to Sharelink
Log in to Agent Portal and navigate to "Sharelinks" → "Add New Sharelink"
2- Set up basic details:
Enter a unique title, custom link ID (Check its Availability), set status to "Active" and enable landing page
3- Select theme and services:
Choose from pre-designed templates and add specific products(already assigned to agent) to promote, selecting a theme and service is mandatory.
4- Add personalized branding:
Upload/Choose your logo, avatar, banner images.
Also Write compelling "About Me" content that showcases your expertise, highlights your services, and establishes trust with potential clients to increase conversion rates for your sharelink.
5-Configure contact information:
Add your email, phone number, and physical address for client communication, will be auto populated from profile details but you can edit it if want to change it accordingly.
6- Optimize for marketing:
Include social media links and SEO settings (title and meta description)
7-Add testimonials:
Open the testimonial drop down and click on ‘Add testimonial’ tab
Add the client feedback with names, titles, comments, and optional photos to build credibility
8- Finalize and publish:
Preview your sharelink by clicking "Save & Preview" to ensure everything looks perfect, then click "Save Share Link" to generate and activate your unique tracking URL for client registrations.
