Follow these steps to assign a product to an agent:
Step-1: Navigate to Channel Partners in the Admin Portal main menu
Step-2: Select a specific partner from the list and Click "View Client" from the Action menu
Step-3: Once in the Partner's profile, click the "Assigned Products" tab ,this displays all available products/services
Step-4: Check the boxes next to products you want to assign(Blue checkmarks indicate assigned products)
Step-5: Save your selections by selecting “Update” tab , it will allow Partner to view details of that assigned product/service
