Before adding any product/ service user needs to set ‘Service Types’ which is required for adding services to the portal so that it can be easily identified or speed up the search process.
Steps to Add Service Type
Step-1: Accessing Service Types
- Login Admin Portal> Navigate to Products & Services
- Select Products & Services Types
Step-2: Adding Service Type
Click "+ Add New" tab to create service type
Step-3: Creating Service Types
Fill out the required fields:
- Service Title* (clear, descriptive name)
- Status* (Active/Inactive)
- Product Description* (detailed explanation)
Step-4: Select save Tab
Save functionality will add products/service type to service catalog
Key Management Features
Service Type created are managed by these functionalities :
- Status(Active/Inactive): Controls visibility and availability
- Archive(Yes/No): For historical record-keeping, it archive option for outdated services
- Default(Yes/No): Sets standard service types

- Update service title, description, and status

- Designate a service type as system default
