Action-1: View RFQ Details
RFQ detail view includes:
General Assessment: Q&A section captures business requirements, communication preferences, and payment terms to understand client needs for accurate quotation.
Attachment functionality: clients can upload supporting documents and admins can download these attachments for review while processing quotations. "Download Attachment" button provides easy access to supplementary files.
Products/Services & Requirements: Selection of specific products/packages followed by detailed technical requirements and specifications needed for service implementation and pricing.
Action-2: Create Quotation against RFQ
Step by step Guidelines for Creating Quotation through RFQ:
Step-1: Login to Admin portal >Navigate to: Quotations → Manage RFQs > Action( three ...) >Create Quotation
Step-2: Review Header Information
(It is auto populated from client’s profile and from details provided in Quotation settings through settings module)
- Quotation number & issue date
- Client details (name, address, contact)
- Payment terms & currency
- Contact person & email
Step-3: Product Section Handling
- Order Lines: Transfer products from RFQ
- Item details (ID, SKU, Product Name)
- Set quantity, unit price
- Calculate line totals
- Option to add/remove products
- Add custom products if needed
Step-4: Financial Calculation
To get the grand total this order is been followed:
Subtotal (Sum of line items)
Discount Application
- If Percentage: Subtotal × (Discount%)
- If Amount: Subtract fixed value
Add Shipping/Delivery
Tax Calculation
- If Percentage: (Subtotal - Discount + Shipping) × Tax%
- If Amount: Add fixed tax amount
Grand Total = Subtotal - Discount + Shipping + Tax

Complete Process Flow:
Client submits a request for quotation →System routes to appropriate agent/admin →Agent reviews and creates a detailed quote with product line items →Quote is sent to client for review →Client accepts, requests modifications, or rejects →Upon acceptance, quote converts to a sale order for payment processing.
