a)Client Agreements Overview
The Client Agreements page provides a comprehensive management interface for all agreement documents within the Channel Partner Portal. This centralized view enables administrators to monitor, modify, and maintain agreements efficiently.
How to Access
Navigate to the Admin portal and access the "Client Agreements" section by selecting "Agreements" from the left sidebar menu.
Main Features
- Add New Agreement: Button in the top-right corner to create new agreements
- Comprehensive Table View: Displays key information including sequence numbers, titles, status, mandatory settings, signature types, dates, and agreement types
- Default Notification Banner: Clear notification that "Default agreements will be applied to all newly added clients"
- Search and Export: Tools to search for specific agreements and export the list for reporting
Action Column Functionality
The three-dot menu (⋮) in the Actions column provides quick access to essential management functions:
- Edit Agreement: Modify existing agreement details and settings
- Unset Default: Remove the default status from agreements that should no longer be automatically applied
- Delete Agreement: Move agreements to the Archived section for historical preservation rather than permanent deletion
Archived Agreements Feature
The "Archived" tab stores all deleted agreements, providing several benefits:

b)Agreements details in Client's View
Path to follow:
Login to Admin portal ,Click on Clients > Select Manage clients > Go to Action > Click on View Client > Open Agreements


In the Agreements section, you can view comprehensive details related to client agreements, including:
Date Approved: See the date when each agreement was approved, providing a timeline for contractual commitments.
Status: Check the current status of each agreement, such as active, expired, or under review, to stay informed about their validity.
Downloads: Access downloadable copies of the agreements for easy reference or record-keeping.
Action Options: Utilize action buttons for quick access to options such as editing, renewing, or terminating the agreement as necessary.
Archived Agreements view
Archived agreements View allows the user, easy retrieval and review of historical contracts.
Path to follow:
Login to Admin portal ,Click on Clients > Select Manage clients > Go to Action > Click on View Client > Open Agreements > select Archived Agreements


How to view Archived Agreement Details
To access more information in the Archived Agreements section, you can view additional details for each agreement with a few simple steps.

Locate Agreement: In the Archived Agreements section, find the specific agreement you’d like to review.
Click on the Three Dots: Next to the agreement, click on the three dots to open the options menu.
Select "View Details": Choose View Details from the menu to access comprehensive information about the archived agreement, including title, status, mandatory requirements, type, and service details.
