Creating an exact or modified copy of an existing agreement for reuse.
Step-1: Initial Selections
a) Click on Agreements in left Navigation tabs (admin portal), select ‘Client Agreements’ and Go to “Add New Agreement"

b) Click "Duplicate Agreement" button
c) Select "Source agreement" from dropdown (Agreement already created)

Step-2: Basic Setup
- Enter new Agreement Title
- Add Agreement Instructions
- Set Agreement Status to "Active"
- Verify "Mandatory" setting

Step-3: Configuration
a) Choose Agreement Type:
- E-Signature: For full legal signature
- Acceptance Only: For simple acknowledgment
b) Assign new Sequence # (avoiding already used numbers)
c) Select Company Profile
d) Client Assignment
Check "Select all Clients" if applicable (Or choose specific clients from dropdown)
Click on the padlock icon to toggle between locked and unlocked status
- Green open padlock (🔓) = Editable client list
- Red closed padlock (🔒) = Fixed client list
Step-4: Content Review
- Review entire details (content added)
- Check formatting and sections
- Verify placeholder tags ([[CONTRACT_DATE]], [[COMPANY_PROFILE_NAME]], etc.)

Step-5: Save Duplicate agreement
Review the agreement and Click at 'Save' button to activate the duplicate of an agreement .
