The View Client feature provides comprehensive access to client-specific information, enabling administrators to review and manage all aspects of the client relationship. From this interface, you can examine agreements, monitor service status, and access essential client documentation.
Login to Admin portal> Click on Clients> Manage Clients
All Clients:
In the All Clients section, you can access detailed information about each of your clients. This section provides a centralized view of all client profiles, including essential details such as client ID, name, contact information, and account specifics.

To view detailed information about a specific client, follow these steps:
Step-1:
Click on the Three Dots: In the Action section next to the client's name, click on the three dots (⋮) to access additional options.
Step-2:
Select View Client : From the dropdown menu, select ‘View Client’ to display the client's profile, agreements, RFQ ,sale orders and all other related informations.
When you access a client's View, you can find all relevant information, including:
Agreements: Manage and view legal documents like Form W-9 and service agreements
Assigned Products: View/manage products allocated to specific client
Forms: Additional documentation and standardized forms
Client Notes: Record and track client-specific information/communications
Credit Applications: Manage client credit requests and approvals
Additional menu also opens by clicking three(...) dots:
Quotations: View and respond to detailed pricing proposals with acceptance options
RFQs: Submit and track custom service/product requests through completion
Sale Orders: Monitor purchases from confirmation to delivery with payment details
Client Menu: Access personalized dashboard with account settings and quick navigation
Archived Agreements: Reference historical contracts and expired documents for compliance
Sub Clients: Configure hierarchical client relationships with delegated access controls
Login Details: View login history with IP addresses, locations, and timestamps for security monitoring
Quick Action Buttons
In View Client section at Right side we have two Quick action tabs that allows you to:

1) Edit Client
- Modify client information
- Update contact details
- Adjust client settings
- Change client status
2) Dashboard
- Quick overview of client activities
- Real-time status monitoring
Pending Invitations:
The Pending Invitations section is created to monitor any client invitations that have not yet been accepted. This feature helps you keep track of outreach efforts and follow up on pending client engagements.

In Pending invitations section ,there is Actions column with three dots which allows you to :

- Delete any invitation if client have not joined the portal .
- Resend invite if client not responded to your previous invitation.
