To add a new client we have three options:
Let's start by Clicking on 'Client' to view and manage essential client details, including names, contact information, and account activity. This section provides a central location to keep client information organized and easily accessible for efficient account management.

Then Go to Manage Clients. Now click on ‘Manage Clients’ to View and Organize Client Information

Key Features
All Clients: View a complete list of clients, making it easy to locate and review client profiles.
Pending invitations: The Pending Invitations tab shows all client invitations that have been sent but haven't been completed/accepted yet.
Three tabs at Left top corner: These are the Three options to Add a New client to the portal

Option-1: Inviting New Clients
Initiate Client Engagement
Follow these steps ,to invite a new client to join the platform:
Step-1:
Click on Invite New Client: Access the Invite New Client option to initiate the invitation process.

Step-2:
Give Required Information:
- Select Agent (assigned representative)
- Full Name*
- Email Address*
- Add Comment (mandatory)

Step-3:
Fill the registration form
At sending invite ,System sends an automated email with registration link, client will fill the signUp form and submit it .

Note:
Once the form is successfully submitted with all details correctly filled, a confirmation message will appear. The client will receive a verification email with a tab to confirm their account. After verification, the account will be activated, enabling them to log in.
Option-2: Adding a New Client
Create Client Profiles
To add a new client to the platform, follow these steps:
Step-1:
Click on Add New Client to begin creating a new client profile.

Step-2:
Fill Required Fields:
- Select Agent* (channel partner assignment)
- Client Name* (individual's name)
- Client Title (position/role)
- Company Name*
- Account Status (Active/Inactive)
Give Contact Information:
- Email Address*
- Phone Number (+1 format)
- Physical Address(PO Box option available)
- Address Line 2 (optional)
- City*
- State*
- Zip/Postal Code*
- Country

Step-3:
Additional Settings:
- Add Password (optional)
- Notify Client (checkbox)
NOTE: If you prefer not to set a password or notify the client, simply uncheck both boxes.

Step-4:
Save Profile: Once all information is entered, click the Submit button to create the client profile in the system.

Option-3:Click on Signup Link
Adding a Client through sharelinks created by Agents
To initiate the client onboarding process through sharelink, follow these steps:
Step-1:
Click on Signup Link: Access the signup link feature to begin inviting new clients to the platform

Step-2:
Select Agents: Choose the agents you wish to associate with the new clients. This step ensures that the appropriate team members are notified and can assist with the onboarding process.

Step-3:
View Shared Links: After selecting the agents, you will be able to view the unique shared links designed by agents for marketing new associated projects. These links facilitate easy access for clients to register and assist in the linked projects.

Step-4:
Add client:
- Sharelinks with landing page, you can add a new client through ‘Get started /RFQ ‘ tabs .

a) Get started tab will take you to the signup forms with some basic required fields.
b) RFQ tab will start with RFQ required fields and then will show up the signup details .
Note: After filling any of the above method you will be added to the portal with your sharelink references which is visible in the ‘Client>View Client(Action tab)’, with email verifications ,in case of RFQ it will also create new RFQ against that client account.

- Sharelinks without landing page, directly takes you to signup form.
